The pool area is fine with beautiful plants surrounding it.
I was disappointed with the lack of hot water , as I was informed it was due to maintenance, but it seemed to be an ongoing issue. I also found that the restaurant's availability was confusing, and I missed some meals due to unclear schedules. While the view of the lagoon is picturesque, the area outside the hotel was littered with trash, detracting from the overall experience.

Double room included a minibar, a work desk, and multi-channel television. I truly enjoyed courtyard view from my room. Stunning and great location so close to the ruins made it easy to get to key attractions. Very very nice staff, as it had to be.
Some of the staff were poor.

The hotel was a wonderful surprise with its stunning pool surrounded by lush gardens and ancient Mayan ruins right on the hotel. It was just a short walk to the Coba archaeological zone. My room was immaculate and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the peaceful ambiance, especially while watching the sunset over the lagoon. I wish I could have stayed longer to take it all in!

A serene getaway with beautiful views over the lagoon, surrounded by nature and just a walk away from Mayan ruins. The comfortable bed and the lovely pool area provided a great retreat, while the staff's warmth and helpful tips added to the experience. The restaurant served some of the best fish tacos I've ever had, though the decking around the pool area could use repairs. The place was like a hidden gem and a perfect spot to unwind.
