The pool area is stunning with beautiful plants surrounding it.
I was disappointed with the lack of hot water during my stay, as I was informed it was due to maintenance, but it seemed to be an ongoing issue. I also found that the restaurant's availability was confusing, and I missed some meals due to unclear schedules. Additionally, while the view of the lagoon is picturesque, the area outside the property was littered with trash, detracting from the overall experience.

A serene getaway with beautiful views over the lagoon, surrounded by nature and just a walk away from Mayan ruins. The comfortable bed and the lovely pool area provided a great retreat, while the staff's warmth and helpful tips added to the experience. The restaurant served some of the best fish tacos I've ever had, though the decking around the pool area could use repairs. Overall, the place felt like a hidden gem and a perfect spot to unwind.
